"Grit in chips"

I have had chips from here twice, never again.

Both times the chips.have been like cardboard and only half cooked. The male staff members are all ways rude and do not listen. The pancake roll was awful gritty and barely any veg just a sloppy sauce. Even though conveniant I won't be gracing them with my business..
