"Don’t shop at Gwent tiles"

Lovely tiles, but it was quite expensive & they refused to refund a few packs of tiles. Reason being I couldn’t leave the house as I was shielding from COVID & even though they told me to bring in the packs once it’s safe for me to leave the house, they had an attitude & refused to take them back, not only going back on their word but having 0 people skills in the process. 100% wouldn’t recommend them as I feel I’ve been punished for not being able to leave the house sooner.
