I visited the store Thursday afternoon and was greeted by Kevin. I was looking to purchase a bike using the cycle to work scheme that my employer told me about. Kevin was very helpful in helping me choose a suitable bike and went above and beyond my expectations. Kevin has excellent customer service skills and nothing was too much trouble..
